Launch the book and the platform underneath it, on one timeline.
A launch takes months of concentrated attention, and three is what we can run properly at once. If all three slots are taken when you call, we will tell you the next date we can start rather than take the work and stretch it.

Pre-order strategy, launch-week sequencing, and list positioning.
Category and keyword selection, metadata, detail-page copy, and an ongoing review program.
Press kit, pitch campaigns to shows your ideal clients already listen to, and prep before each recording. We are not a national PR firm and we do not sell traditional media relations.
Amazon Ads campaigns for clients in an active engagement. Our fee is flat and never a percentage of your spend. Ad spend passes through on your own accounts, so you keep the data and the account history. Paid media engagements carry a three-month minimum.
Website, email infrastructure, and LinkedIn positioning, so the traffic a launch produces has somewhere to land.
We read the book, set the positioning, and write the launch plan against your date. You get the calendar and the list of what has to be built before it.
Website, email platform, and the landing page a reader arrives on. Amazon listing and category work starts here, because the retail page has to be right before anyone is sent to it.
Pre-order strategy, the media kit, and podcast pitching to shows your ideal clients already listen to.
List and pricing choreography, launch-week emails, and daily attention on the retail page. We run the calendar so you can do the interviews.
What the launch produced, what is converting, and what to keep running. You get the written record and the accounts stay in your name.
If you have both, we run the launch. If you have neither, the platform build comes first and is priced separately, because infrastructure built against a launch deadline is infrastructure built badly.
We will tell you which of the two you are on the launch call, before anything is scheduled.

Ongoing management of the author’s Amazon advertising, available after the listing and reviews are in place. Advertising a book before its review phase is complete sends traffic to a page that will not convert.
The fee covers management only. Ad spend is the author’s, is set by the author, and is paid directly to Amazon.
Then the platform gets built first, on the same timeline as the launch. That is what Launch and Platform is for. A launch pointed at nothing produces a spike and no inquiries.
We reschedule and tell you before anything changes. A moving date is normal and it is usually outside your control. The launch phase is planned to run no longer than four months from kickoff, and work beyond that is quoted separately before it begins.
No. List placement depends on retailer sales data that nobody outside the retailer controls. We plan and run the launch, and we measure it by the calls on your calendar six weeks later rather than the week itself.
Twelve weeks before publication is comfortable. Less is workable and something has to compress. If all three launch slots are taken when you call, we will tell you the next date we can start rather than take the work and stretch it.
Because the decision that matters is not how a workbook or a sequence gets written. It is which piece your book actually needs, in what order, and whether a piece should exist at all. We get that call right because we have seen the same gaps repeat across enough author platforms to know what they cost. In 2025 that work produced three #1 Amazon rankings, in Media and Communications, Entrepreneurship, and Trauma Psychology, and a CBS Morning Show affiliate appearance for one client. You are paying for the diagnosis and the sequence, and the writing that follows from both.
Some modules you can buy outright, because their scope does not change from one author to the next. You pay, and within one business day you have a short intake form and a start date. Everything else we scope with you first and invoice after, because the work depends on your book, your calendar, or both. Either way, nothing starts until you have a date in writing.
The date sets everything else
