Use Little Free Libraries as a way to get positive reviews

Locate an area Little Free Library and add your book to it. Before doing so, print a sticker or handwrite a note on the inside cover asking the reader to leave a positive review on Amazon before adding your book to the LFL collection. Be sure to provide the URL to use or an easy way for the reader to locate your book online.

Most readers are happy to help local authors. You may be surprised at how effective this approach is in obtaining positive reviews.

You can also use a similar approach by leaving your book in a doctor’s or dentist’s waiting room!
